Moon Ceremony Sister Circle

Moon Ceremony Sister Circle

Once a month, beneath the energy of the full moon, women are welcomed to gather at the Temple Space for an intimate evening of Sacred Ritual, Honest Reflection & Genuine Connection.

A chance to step out of the constant noise, pressure, stimulation, and endless doing of modern life…

and into something slower, raw, and deeply intentional.

To gather in ceremony

To breathe properly again

To soften the armour for a moment

To hear your own thoughts beneath the noise

To reconnect to the parts of yourself that get buried beneath responsibility, rushing, coping, performing, and holding everything together.

To pause long enough to actually feel where you are in your life.

Each Moon Ceremony is guided by a different theme inspired by the season, the full moon, and the emotional landscapes many women quietly find themselves navigating.

The evenings move through embodiment practices, honest self-reflection, sacred ritual, and shared authentic connection.

Some evenings may feel grounding and restorative.

Others may feel emotional, clarifying, confronting, or deeply expansive.

We may write things into the fire.

Move emotion through the body.

Sit in silence.

Speak truths out loud.

Release old stories.

Plant intentions.

Or simply allow ourselves to pause long enough to notice what’s really happening beneath the surface.

At the heart of these ceremonies are three core threads:

Ritual

Simple practices that help mark transition, release, intention, awareness, and connection to the moment we are living in.

Inspired by older ways of gathering, the rituals woven through these evenings are less about performance and more about presence, remembrance, and honouring the season of life you find yourself moving through.

Reflection

Honest self-inquiry that invites us to explore the patterns, emotional habits, beliefs, fears, conditioning, and protective layers quietly shaping our lives beneath the surface.

Not surface-level journalling or forced positivity, but grounded self-awareness, embodied self-growth, and the courage to witness ourselves honestly and compassionately.

Connection

Connection to self.

To body.

To breath.

To truth.

To life.

To the women sitting beside you.

To the parts of yourself often lost beneath the pace and pressure of everyday life.

These ceremonies are held slowly, intentionally, and with deep care.

You do not need to arrive healed, polished, “spiritual” or good at sharing.

You simply need a willingness to meet yourself honestly.

All of you is welcome here.
