Stepping away from the noise, the responsibilities, the endless doing & returning to yourself.
The Ritual Circle is a monthly online gathering created to help the modern woman slow down, exhale & reconnect with what matters most.
Each month we meet live online for an evening of presence, simple ritual, meditation & meaningful connection.
Every circle is different, but may include:
• Guided meditation
• Gentle reflection & journaling
• Seasonal wisdom & simple ritual
• Nervous system regulation practices
• Space to pause, breathe & reconnect
• Optional sharing & community connection
This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s not about fixing yourself.
This is simply a space to return to yourself, again & again.
A place to remember the importance & beauty of being fully present with your own life.

I created The Ritual Circle because I believe we need spaces where nothing is required of us for a while.
I know personally how busy life can be & I see in my many modern day female path walkers that we are craving a space to simply put down the roles, responsibilities, the To Do’s, the pressures, the expectations & welcome each other into spaces where we can soften.
Where we can notice.
Where we can remember that beneath all the roles we carry, there is such a deeper part of us quietly waiting to be met, felt, expressed & embodied.
