More than a yoga session
I’ve come to know Yoga as a place where we can learn to meet life differently.
What happens while exploring postures is in-fact learning how to participate more fully in our own lives.
Over time, your practice becomes less about what happens on the mat & more about how you meet yourself in the moments that matter. You find that physical practice becomes a doorway into deeper relationship with yourself.
A typical practice
We begin exactly where you are.
Together we notice what life has brought with you that day, creating intentional space to land, breathe & gently settle your nervous system.
Yoga is at the heart of our time together.
Every practice is shaped around you; your body, your season of life & what you’re consciously or subconsciously calling in or ready to let go of.
As we move, we stay curious.
We notice. We explore. We listen to what your body is communicating, allowing the physical practice to become a doorway into deeper relationship with yourself.
We close with stillness.
A guided meditation or shamanic journey, and often ritual or reflection to help you carry the practice into your everyday life

Private Practice is held in person at the Temple Space, with 50 minute sessions meeting weekly or fortnightly
