What becomes visible when I am present enough to notice.

Words from within my relationship with Life, the natural world & the extraordinary within the ordinary.

Pulse

Can I be quiet enough
within myself to notice?

Can I be open enough
to receive?

The pulse of life.

The hum of life.

The heartbeat of earth.

Can I be quiet enough within myself to notice?

Can I be open enough to receive?

Can I be soft enough to not try to contain it?

Can I allow myself to fully experience Life in this moment?

The pulsing,

beating,

flowing,

passion,

&

aliveness that is currently running through every & all living things simultaneously.

I am part of this pulse.

Simply because I am alive.

Available to Receive

“Good morning,” I say internally to the world as the sun’s rays beam into my eyes.

I’m not searching — I’m just available to receive.

“Good morning,” I say internally to the world as the sun’s rays beam into my eyes & I position my garden chair to the precise spot to receive maximum sunrise exposure.

“Thankyou” for another day.

The gift of these mornings.

While I can’t feel another person’s energy, I sit. I look to the clouds moving overhead, already now blocking the sun from view. I watch the plants dancing as the breeze flows between & around them.

I pick up my journal & pen & I breathe deeply. I listen to the birds singing & calling. I energetically hope for inspiration. Nature as my muse.

Remind me of my being. Remind me of the vastness & miraculousness & magnificence of simply having this day, this moment, this life.

It begins.

Ive felt this so many times now. The gratitude. The pleasure. The reverence for it all.

The aliveness available to witness & participate in at any moment by attuning my focus & dropping fully into a space of receiving the now.

My self enquiry~ “How can I open fully to receive this moment of my life?”

I feel my perception widen, my heart space expand, my breath become deeper, wider, fuller.

I’m not searching — I’m just available to receive.

The immersion deepens. Birdsong becomes louder. The breeze meets my skin more deeply, the green of the leaves is so much more vivid.

Once again, the Vaseline has been removed from my eyes & I can see clearer.

I can see.

I can feel.

I am here.

The clouds part & few rays shine through. I close my eyes, inhale deeply & again hear myself say internally, the words that I so often feel with all my being —

“Thankyou.”

The Sun as muse

Why don’t we pray to The Sun?
To The Seas?
To The Earth?

Just deep Gratitude fills my being.

Thankyou for this light
for warmth
for source of energy
for the growth of nature
for the central focus Earth revolves around.

I understand why religions pray.

Why don’t we pray to The Sun?

To The Seas?
To The Earth?

I feel that Reverence to pray to the elements.

They create our environment.
They literally give us life.

They're miraculous.

& why are we not all praying to
& showing gratitude for The Natural world?

Marvelling at the way water carries vibration?

In Awe of the constant spirals within nature -
Snail Shells, Spider webs, flower blooms.

Natural Wonders of magnificence!
The mystery.

I’m thankful to see so much through this sunlight

The Mountains of Woman

The mountains remind me of the fullness of women.

The curves.
The audacity to take up space.

The mountains remind me of the fullness of women.

The curves

The audacity to take up space.

To be seen,

To be admired,

To be close to god, the sky, the heavens,

Yet stand firmly held, rooted & undeniably of the Earth.

The Mountains remind me to be full.

They hold such a majestic quality

They tell me i am held

I AM nature

I feel their protection like ancient ancestors.

The way they surround this land like ancient grandmothers holding ceremonial circle.

Observing

Tending the field

& Nurturing the space with unconditional love.

Thank you to the women of these mountains.

Thank you to this land.

Something deep within me feels at home.

Exhale

The exhale of landing.

Of finding myself in the pause.
Of feeling myself in the surroundings.

The exhale of landing.

Of finding myself in the pause.
Of feeling myself in the surroundings.
Of being held.
Of being met.
Of finding myself again & again in the pages of journals, in my breath, in my body, in my life, on my path.

The exhale of peace.

Of release.
Of contentment.
Of knowing.
Of oneness.
Of fullness.
Of fucking pleasure, ecstasy.
Of depth.
Of now.
Of life.

I am here.
