Throughout the 12 weeks, we’ll move through 3 supportive wellness challenges designed to build consistency, self-trust, vitality & sustainable wellbeing habits.

Examples may include:

  • hydration

  • cold water therapy

  • walking or running

  • nutrition

  • sleep & recovery support

Challenges are intentionally designed to work with feminine rhythms, including rest during your bleed.

Weekly journal reflections supporting:
